Constraint Mapping Three (CM3) examples
The following documents demonstrate our decision mapping fundamentals using a simple juice bar example. The examples and techniques apply equally well to more challenging technical product organizations (large and small). A juice bar example was simply chosen as an easily communicated topic for a wide range of current and prospective clients. The examples are used with permission from a real field test in California, with personally identifiable information changed for the participant's privacy.
These were originally prepared as part of a presentation for BostonCHI on October 11, 2022.
