I've spent 20+ years translating between them — as an engineer with 10 patents, a director-level leader of Fortune 500 exits and an executive coach trained at UC Berkeley & Harvard. I help technical leaders de-risk innovation by ensuring engineers, product leaders, executives and investors see the same opportunity from their different vantage points.

My approach integrates technical depth with strategic alignment. I bring  years of hands-on expertise from director-level management, engineering leadership and investment advisor roles in tech. This work is grounded in 27 peer-reviewed engineering publications and 10 patents, including innovative contributions in Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems.

I've been invited to give seminars at top universities and organizations including Stanford, Defensewerx, IDEO and Google. I hold a PhD in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia, as well as professional certifications in System Thinking from MIT and Executive Leadership Coaching from Harvard.
