AgTech ROI: Whole-farm decision making to increase profit and sustainability
We are currently focused on specialty crop (e.g., almond & grape) advisor decision making in California and row crop (e.g., corn & soybean) advisor decision making in Midwest USA states. Projects include product research of advisor-grower decisions to inform new AgTech software ecosystems. These activities solve the pain point of agriculture advisors prioritizing and making sense of all their seed, nutrition, chemical and equipment data with their grower clients.
Software Innovation: Next generation software development decision making
We are currently focused on facilitation workshops and other strategy sessions to align technical and business stakeholders who are responsible for next generation software products. Participants span a wide range of time-and-safety critical areas such as automation improvements for aerospace, agriculture, food manufacturing and mining. Projects include product research of domain expert decision making to inform new generative AI software tools. These activities solve the pain point of competing stakeholder opinions (e.g., between product managers and engineers innovating new software) to improve efficiency and morale.
Career Advising: Typical Project Details
We offer individual 1:1 sessions for digital tech product leaders. Advising sessions are tailored to each person and are typically 60 minute meetings held every 1-3 weeks. Clients are typically active professionals in the digital tech industry with junior to senior individual contributor or management responsibilities. Roles typically focus on User Experience, Engineering, Product Manager and Scientist professionals. These activities solve the pain point of product professionals needing independent navigation of their corporate environments.
